Situated in Old Quarter which is strategic, however, we arrived at the extended celebration of VN Independence so most of streets are closed and we have to walk to get to our hotel.
Check in process is fast, and the reception staff is very helpful.
Room is okay, but noticed bed bugs which is a let down. Water pressure is also not that good. Everything else is okay for a one night stay.
Breakfast is good, with pho and pancakes.
Overall, an okay stay. Wish cleanliness could’ve been improved but staff were really amazing.

All staff are so kind and full of motivation to serve all guests with good attitude. Pretty hotel in the heart of ole quarter Hanoi. Clean food & very good taste. I am really wondering with the tiny elevator, so interesting and creative machine.

Nice interior design and trendy. Very convenient and easy to go around Hanoi city. Walking distance to many local attractions. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Surely will visit again and recommend to others.

The best thing about this hotel were the staff who were brilliant. Excellent English speaking and really helpful. There are two buildings and we were in the ‘second’ one. Only a few steps to the other hotel for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had the normal offerings and was good.
Our room was top floor with a good sized balcony. Biggest problem was that the room was small and there was no space to leave cases out or unpack. It was clean and service d daily. Lift was slow but got there - a walk up from the 6th to 7th floor
