The service is amazing, the reception staff (everyone) are extremely friendly and helpful. They cannot be any better. I would recommend at least a bonus to them, or even better, a pay rise.
But, the hygiene of the room has deteriorated. Cockroaches and ants are found in the rooms on 9th floor. And the drainage on the higher floors are bad, you can smell the pipes when you uses the sink in the kitchen area.
The night staff were extremely nice helping me clean the ants and cockroaches, I appreciate that. But pest issue will not be one off. The management should seriously do something about it.

The first day was a bit stuffy, but it gradually got more comfortable.
It's quite far from the tourist center,
but it's close to Lotte Mall, so it's good for shopping.
