A family of three stayed here for a week. Let me talk about the good places first. The hotel is in a good location. In the old city, you can basically walk to the scenic spots around Hoan Kiem Lake and some famous restaurants and cafes. It is very convenient to go out for a meal. This is also my reason. The main reason for booking this hotel is that the hotel staff are very warm and polite, and the room is cleaned in a timely manner. The twin room I booked has two large beds, which is very suitable for families. The disadvantages of the hotel facilities are a bit old. The elevator only goes to the sixth floor. Twin rooms On the seventh floor, it is inconvenient to climb one floor to carry luggage. The room only provides shampoo and conditioner. There is no shower gel, which I don't understand. The shampoo is not easy to use. There are no disposable slippers and only plastic toe clips are provided. Slippers, we were worried about hygiene. In the end, we spent our own money to buy shampoo, shower gel, and slippers from the supermarket. The hotel breakfast was relatively simple and there were no choices, and the dishes basically did not change every day. We went late for breakfast at 9:30, and many dishes and breads were missing. The hotel didn't make up for it. It could only say that it was enough to eat. Finally, it was reminded that water and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were charged, but there was no charge sign in the room, and they didn't remind us when we checked in. We didn't know until we checked out. There is a fee. Generally speaking, it is the standard of domestic express hotels. I don't recommend it for more than 500 yuan a night during the Spring Festival.
