It is home stay but also provides full privacy and big rooms.
We loved our stay especially home cooked breakfast.

We expected a twin room with bed linen that covered the beds. What we got was a one bed (although big) with a duvet that did not cover the bed in a duvet cover that was torn in at least two places. I put my foot through the sheet! the owner and her children and family are very friendly, but the rooms and bathrooms are not up to standard.

Extraordinary experience, we were so warmly welcomed by Perfume, the owner of the place. She lives at stare 1 and prepares the other stares for the visitors : it is as if you're in her house, she invited us for dinner with her children (Vietnamese hot pot!), she was so friendly and helpful (she booked for us a tour in the Halong Bay and did everything she could to leave us with the best experience of Hanoï), we got really attached to her! The room is very clean and big, the place is in the Old Quarter and very calm because situated in a tiny street, Perfume can cook pancakes for the breakfast (included in the room price) and recommand you lots of places in Hanoï. A wonderful experience!

This homestay is in a great location with easy access to the city center and various other places in Hanoi. Our hostess, Huong, was great at organizing everything, always with a smile and in a very professional manner. I highly recommend her homestay.

Excellent stay: we stayed 3 nights in this homestay close to the center of Hanoi (10 min walk from the center, 5 min walk from train street). The manager Huong is very kind and welcoming, and even helped us organize our transport for the rest of our trip. If you are passing through Hanoi, this is the homestay for you.
