The hotel is best located just adjacent to the HO Guom which is very beautiful. It was very relaxed talking along the lake. The hotel is also very tidy and clean. And one of the most inportant thing is that the hotel staff is supar friendly and helpful, in particular Tuyen, Ngan, Duong, Hau and Drang. I would highly recommend to you this hotel.

Top notch service, room and location (if you like something quieter yet within 8 to 10mins walk to Old Quarter). We had an upgrade so our room was just over the street and could hang out at the balcony and people-watch. The best lake view is prob from the hotel reception or better yet, just across the road. Room view was mostly trees which was fine too. What elevates this hotel though are the staff - they went all out to meet needs we didn’t even know we had!

It's in the first row facing Hoan Kiem Lake. The location is convenient, and the service is enthusiastic and considerate. On the last night of my stay, the counter manager actually helped me upgrade to a high-floor lake view room for free, which was a pleasant surprise.
