The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, always caring and offering assistance if you needed anything. Luckily, the air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night during our stay. Although they couldn't fix it right away, they were very proactive in handling the situation. They immediately brought a fan to keep the room from getting too hot, kept us updated on the situation, and assisted with changing rooms. The daily breakfast was also delicious, especially the à la carte pho. The overall stay was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location and the service from the hotel staff is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and it will add points to your trip! The hotel staff was very considerate and asked about the check-in status the day before. We had a problem with the sink not working that day, and it was resolved very quickly.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the soundproofing could be improved; I could easily hear people walking in the hallway. The staff were very polite and helpful. The quality of the breakfast buffet was beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend the hotel's service. Every staff member was patient and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and everything was convenient. They even offered free manicures. The air conditioning in some rooms was a bit loud, and the proximity to the train tracks made it a bit noisy at night. But the experience was fantastic! Absolutely worth it! This hotel has definitely changed my impression of Hanoi. If you're in Hanoi, you absolutely must stay here!

The room was clean and very close to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, the Cathedral, and Ba Dinh Square. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel staff spoke Chinese very well and provided excellent service. Recommended
