I was very satisfied with the location, the room, the staff, and the breakfast. The staff were kind and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious, and although I had planned to buy banh mi outside or have a light meal at a cafe, I ate at the hotel every day. The seasoning was good, and I enjoyed Vietnamese dishes such as pho, papaya salad, fresh spring rolls, and steamed rice flour dishes. The desserts and puddings were also good. There was also an order menu, and I ate too much. The room was well-cleaned, cleaned every day, spacious, and had plenty of water in the shower, so I had no complaints. However, I was bothered by the fact that the neighbors came home late at night and I could hear their voices in the hallway and the sound of their doors closing, and the music from a nearby bar or something was a bit loud at times, and I could often hear the sound of the shower being used in the room next door or above. Both were only temporary on the last day, so overall there were mostly good things, and I would like to stay again and recommend it to others. It's in a convenient location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, and there are many shops. It was nice that there was a massage spa nearby. Although it's close to a busy area, it's in an alley so it's calm, and it was nice that the shuttle and Grab cars came right up to the front of the hotel.

As a frequent guest, I successfully booked 10 days in advance. The rooms are usually fully booked and the prices are high. As usual, it is only a 5-minute walk to Huanjian Lake, which is very convenient for transportation, dining, shopping and hiking.

Everyone should avoid hotels with seriously bad reviews as they are extremely unsafe. Please choose carefully! ! A solemn warning from Black Diamond! !

Book a standard room. The room is not big, but it is quiet in a busy area and convenient to everywhere! Worth staying again
