Staff were friendly. but.. I'm so bored I understand what's wrong, but there's a lot of dust and it doesn't seem to have been cleaned. Does the bedding smell? I don't think I'll be silent twice.

○ Location The old town and the water puppet theater can be reached on foot, so it is easy to see the sights. There is also a supermarket in front of you. There is a gate large enough for one person to pass through the road, and the entrance to the hotel is through that gate. Please note that the entrance of the hotel cannot be seen from the road. ○ Staff, response The room that was prepared for us suddenly became unusable, but they took into consideration the size of the bed, etc., and arranged another room while discussing our requests. The staff are very kind. They also accommodated a 5:00 am check-out. I gave the facilities a 3 because the TV channels didn't work on the first day. I had the TV fixed the next day, but it stopped working immediately. Lol 　I didn't have to watch TV, so it wasn't a big problem. If you ask in advance to receive your luggage, they will keep it at the front desk. I was able to communicate with the staff in English, and there was no problem if I showed the Vietnamese translation on the translation app. You can go up to the 8th floor by elevator. ○Cleaning It seemed that the person in charge was running alone. When we were still in the room at the time of cleaning, we asked for it to be postponed. There is a replenishment of toilet paper behind the mirror. ○Breakfast Soup, wiener bacon, bread, salad, about 3 Vietnamese dishes (I ate it for 2 days, but it was a different dish than the day before), about 2 desserts, orange juice, apple juice, water, etc. If you ask for an omelet, the staff will make it for you. It was nice to be able to eat lightly because it was the main eating while walking. The dining room had about 5 table seats and 10 to 12 seats. ○Ashtray There is an ashtray space outside the hotel so you can smoke outside.

The bathroom door can't be closed tightly. When taking a shower, the water sprays outside. The sound insulation is very bad. The sound of the upstairs tenants walking can be heard clearly, making it difficult to sleep.
