The worst experience I've had in this very old hotel. The problem is the rooms and the water is weak. This is not a hotel, it's a car workshop. Even the breakfast is very bad. I do not recommend it at all. The positive thing is the guard who opens and closes the door. He is a very cooperative person (I hope that all residents stay properly and do not deceive us).

The toilet bowl handle was broken; and one of toilet seat secured point was missing, looks like hotel couldn't take trouble to repair them. The room was not sound proof and voices from outside could be heard. Not recommended to stay.
