I made a reservation because the bathroom had a bad smell and the window was blocked, but the outside of the window was blocked and there was no ventilation. It is a place I will never go to again.

We got 2 rooms 1 was fine the other… I can’t describe how disgusted and disappointed I am. First of all when you step into the room the smell of mould was disgusting. I got an instant headache and felt sick for the rest of the day there was mould on nearly every space of the roof and walls. We have never dealt with this before so we just booked another hotel and had and early checkout. Both rooms said courtyard view but it’s just a piece of fake grass facing the window. No sunlight. Absolutely disgusting if you decide to get this hotel and get room 402 check out immediately

The location is in the old town, but the building is set back from the road so the room is surprisingly quiet.
It's in a corner surrounded by massage parlours.
The entrance is only about 2m wide so if you're there for the first time it's probably best to look for the sign for the massage parlour LAVENDER next door.
The inside is not as bad as you'd imagine from the entrance.
The basics like hot water in the shower and toilets are all well equipped.
The staff were also happy to help with printing out eTickets and arranging taxis, which was nice.
