The location is great.
Even with the windowless plan, there was a bathtub.
The breakfast venue on the 12th floor was great and delicious.
The staff were kind and friendly.
Even though I couldn't speak Vietnamese or English,
they understood my Japanese and responded with a smile.
I think it's a first-class hotel.

But if you stay more than 1 day, there should no more water, coffee / tea provided, even you requested, they have to charge, VND75K/US$3 for a bottle of water, very expensive.
