The hotel is in a good location, taxi from Hanoi airport is cheap and takes 10-15 minutes. Although it is cheap, it was not comfortable because there were no sheets. Otherwise, it was reasonably clean.

You get what you paid for, my opinion this might be the best 3 star hotel with the lowest price and the location is great. Try not to get lured by taxis charging too much, just use Grab otherwise you will end up paying 4 times more than what the airport transfer rates are.
