The hotel is old, but they try to maintain cleanliness. The bed is clean. The staff is wonderful, responsive, listens to the wishes of the clients. The location is wonderful

A real “you get what you pay for hotel” but honestly was great. Not quiet, but if youre going to be out late anyway and you need a good central location this is a good one. Staff are super nice and switched on.

The hotel I stayed in with my friends is near the Hoan Kiem Lake and very close to famous attractions. The owner speaks very good English and is very nice. You can store your luggage and even help with free printing. The elevator is very old and the facilities are relatively old, but it is very clean.

The staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious at breakfast. The breakfast itself is modest, but overall sufficient: a dish to choose from the menu and a small buffet.

Great place to stay. The staff are very service oriented and can feel that they care for the customers satisfaction. They took time to share on how we can maximise our stay such as recommending where to eat and where to go.
The rooms were as per photo, and clean too. Beds were comfortable too as my kids slept well.
Overall enjoyed our stay here and will come again!
