The worst A25 hotel I know! Questionable cleanliness, no separation between the shower and the toilet, overlooks an excessively noisy street, almost non-existent wifi and a pitiful breakfast.
The staff saves the day a little even if understanding is extremely difficult. I usually go to the A25 which is 500m further, I wanted to try another one I shouldn't have!

This hotel is disgusting. Stayed for two consecutive days and checked out for more than 5 minutes. Overtime fees will also be charged. The waiter's attitude was also not good. The surrounding environment is also very dirty, not recommended.

Quick stay for one night during new year
Our prior hotel got cancelled, so we booked A25 on last minute. The customer service was very nice, and we got a big two room accommodation on the top floor with a shower and a tub. The room was clean but the bathroom a little bit musty smelling - perhaps the room wasn’t used in a while.

料金がさほど変わらなかったので、デラックスルームを予約。案内された部屋は予約の時にサイトの写真で見たスタンダードルームと同じだった。フロントに確認しても、デラックスルームです、とのこと。何が違うのか、わからなかった。また、浴室のドアを開けていると、部屋に下水の匂いが充満。閉めようにも建て付けが悪く、浴室のドアは閉まらず、外出から帰って来ると、閉めていたドアが全開に…。逆に、部屋の窓は４㎝しか開かなかった。設備面とは逆に、スタッフはみんないい人たちで、特に朝ごはんは5種類から選べるメインが美味しく、毎朝日替わりでいろいろな麺を食べられた。また、立地もよく、ハノイ大聖堂まで徒歩約10分、トレインストリートまで５分など、便利だった。この料金なので、不満はない。設備面が気になる方にはおすすめしません。私たちのように、観光重視で、ホテルは寝るだけのためと割り切れる方にはおすすめします。
