We have booked a superior Dubble Room We got tween single room when they were in their change to Dobble The bedroom kettle plug was broken and they have changed the kettle but no where to plug in the kettle the kettle wires to sort, only one plug sockets in a room change my phone.

The hotel is located near the old quarter and not far from Hoan Kiem Lake, about 1km. The hotel is fully equipped, with a buffet breakfast in the morning. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The 10th floor has a very nice view. There are many restaurants, beer bars and massage parlors around the neighborhood. The rooms are clean.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend and the experience was great. The staff is very friendly and supports us very enthusiastically. Because the location is suitable for going around Hanoi. The rooms are very clean, the hotel has motorbike rental and laundry services, about 800m from the night walking street.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in Hanoi. A little noisy but everything is noise in Hanoi. Ask for a room that does not face the street. Average breakfast for us Europeans. The staff are always very helpful.

Central hotel near West Lake and Uncle Ho's Mausoleum. The hotel is quite large with a wide entrance and 45 comfortable parking spaces. The deluxe room is airy and clean and serves a free buffet breakfast in the lobby on the first floor. The hotel supports motorbike rental service, which is quite convenient to walk around Hanoi's old quarter.

Hotel good location everything around you, near by West lake and Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, 5 minutes to old quarter. Room clean and comfortable, staff helpful and friendly. You can book tour from travel dest ( Halong bay, Hoa Lu Tam Coc, Sapa). High recomend this hotel.

This hotel allows teachers to take students to practice singing and dancing in their rooms until late at night. The reception staff asked us to change rooms in the middle of the night. It was a very bad stay and couldn't sleep well for two nights in a row.
