Our room had no windows, smelled like sewage, mold on ceiling, paint was chipping. I hated living and going back to the hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. more of a 2 star. Felt bad for the staff because they were nice and helpful but had to deal with awful amenities.

Super Hotel und Super Staff. Es überzeugt mit seiner guten Lage und den sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption. Sie helfen beim Planen div. Ausflüge und geben auch sehr gute Tipps. Das Frühstück ist auch gut und auch ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden. (Spezialitäten ändern sich jeden Tag) Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt.

Wonderful stay. Close to many of the key sights. Also within walking distance to the night market. The staff is wonderful Took so much time explaining about restaurants, markets and important sights. Rooms were good sized. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Beautiful decor and amazing staff
We had a great stay at Eliana Signature for four nights. The hotel is beautifully decorated, even if rooms are a bit worn here and there but it didn't take away from our experience. The location is great with walking distance to the lake, shopping, plenty of restaurants and cafés. Good breakfast with eggs, sandwiches, soup, and pancakes freshly made to order in addition to the buffet with lots of options.
The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need.

Great Hotel!
Excellent service by staff. Stayed at other hotels within the same price range in Hanoi, this had by far the best rooms. Also very quiet compared to all other hotels, probably due to them being more central in old town, but the 2 minute walk is completely worth it.
