Bed was comfortable but the facilities need a little up-keeping. Location wise it’s a short walk to old quarter and also near enough to bus stops to travel further if you’d like. The sink and toilet drainage was slow and the shower water leaked into the bedroom but the staff said they’ll look into it when I gave feedback. There was also a nail sticking out of the bedframe luckily I didn’t injure myself

Let me first say the good things. The service staff has a good attitude, will serve with a smile, respond actively, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.
But this was probably the most speechless hotel I have ever stayed in abroad. When I first moved in, I had itchy rashes all over my body. I thought I was just not used to the environment, but the most speechless thing was that at 4 a.m. on the third night, suddenly a big cockroach flew next to my pillow, and I was immediately woken up by the fright! We immediately went downstairs to find the service staff and asked to change rooms. The customer service staff came up and confirmed that there were indeed cockroaches and changed our room. As a result, after changing to the second room, we found a lot of ants on the washbasin. We immediately asked to change to a third room. The counter staff came up to apologize and gave us two bottles of mineral water and yogurt!
All in all, the sanitary conditions are quite terrible. I hope they can be improved in the future!
