The interior is chic, from the reception to the rooms, and although it's in the heart of the old town, I liked how it had a different atmosphere from the rest of the city.
The room had high ceilings and wide corridors, so there was still plenty of room even with all three suitcases open. The water pressure in the shower and the power of the hairdryer were sufficient, making it extremely comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was clean, fresh, and delicious.
Most of all, I was impressed by how friendly the front desk staff were.
It was a wonderful stay.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff were smiling, and I was greeted with welcome tea and sweets. I was soothed by them.
Although the room didn't have a window, the bed was stylishly decorated, and the interior was chic with a unified black and white color scheme, and the lights were on.
The breakfast was small but had many varieties, and they made pho and other dishes after I ordered them.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it convenient for exploring Hanoi's vibrant streets, local markets, and cultural landmarks.
The room was beautifully furnished, clean, and offered all the comforts I needed after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail in the décor and the overall ambiance of the hotel created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the stunning view from my room and the rooftop.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the staff ensured a calming and soothing experience. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city.

We booked and paid the hotel in total for a 3-night stay. The day before we traveled, we had a visa problem and had to cancel the trip. We tried to communicate with the hotel, explained the situation, and asked if they could charge the first night and refund the rest because the refund policy allows cancellation a day before the trip. They refused to. So we paid for 3 hotel nights without even flying to Vietnam — so disappointing! Bad experience!!!! Don't choose this greedy hotel!
