酒店很有特色，也很有底藴，服務人員態度都很不錯，一點鐘到的，辦理了入住手續，但是房間還沒出來，服務人員帶我們到7樓行政酒廊先行休息，期間飲料點心水果都是有的。房間挺大，雖然設施稍顯陳舊，但是房間還是有點氣場，入住期間，下午茶，小酒吧在規定時間都是可以隨便享用。

The breakfast was very regrettable, totally unacceptable for the most iconic hotel in Hanoi. The Vietnamese rice noodles and baguettes were like this, very disappointing. Normally during a tourist holiday, we would have a full breakfast before leaving, but we didn't expect to go to the airport hungry to eat baguettes. I highly recommend you go to InterContinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel for breakfast and try their Vietnamese rice noodles and baguettes so that the chef can learn from them.
