It is located near Hoan Siem Lake, so it is a good location for sightseeing in Old Town. The facilities are a bit old, but it is not inconvenient to stay. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. You can eat while looking at the lake view at the rooftop restaurant.

The main reason for me to book this hotel as the location is so close to tourist spots, we could just simply walk to everywhere. Also the service was so good, all the staff were so friendly n helpful such as helping us to grab our luggages n always being polite to us.

Disappointed about the size of room. Also the noice in the morning due to ongoing works next to hotel (even on sunday morning). Also internet did not work. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was wonderful.

Great hotel. I recommend it. Great location. Nice and helpful staff, they decorated the room for the holiday and gave us dessert. There is a warm pool on the roof, you can relax. The roof offers a good view of the city. They can arrange a transfer to the airport for 385 dong. We did not have time for breakfast, so they packed a lunch box with us.
