I had a very good impression when I used it before, so I was looking forward to it again. Since the plane arrived at midnight, I told them by message that I would check in at midnight, but when I arrived, I was told that I couldn't stay tonight. I was told that I would be changed to a nearby hotel due to a system error, and breakfast would be included instead. I thought, "System error?" and had emailed them and received a reply, so why? But since I was with my child and it was the middle of the night, I did as the hotel said. However, the hotel they took me to was clearly of a lower grade than the Blue Hanoi Inn Hotel, it was humid inside, there was a wall right next to the window, and no light came in. My excitement for my trip to Vietnam, which I was really looking forward to, was greatly dampened just by the change of hotel. I was really looking forward to the hotel, so it's really disappointing. I complained to the hotel the next morning, but they asked me what the problem was, and I told them about the room, but the hotel was the same. They managed to move my room to a higher floor. The humidity was a little better, but everything else was the same. It was really disappointing. I can't accept that there will be no refund and the price will remain the same. But there is nothing I can do. I will never use this hotel again.
