It's in a very convenient and lively place in the center of the old town, but once you enter the hotel, you won't notice it. The door lock is an old-fashioned lock, so I'm a little worried... There was a bathrobe! But maybe it's time to change the towels.

This was my first hotel in Vietnam and the staff was fantastically friendly, booked a transfer at a reasonable price, helped with currency exchange! The room was good, the only downside was the noisy water pump on the roof, as the room was on the top floor

I stayed here for 5 nights. Everything was provided and it was clean. I was very satisfied, but if I were to mention some negative aspects, they were that they didn't serve breakfast (although the hotel guide said they did), the walls were thin so the sound insulation was poor and I could hear the voices and footsteps in the hallway, and the sound of the drains from the floor above was always audible. If you don't mind that, I think it's a comfortable hotel. The smiles of the front desk staff were also the best.

The receptionist who works in the night shifts tried to charged us extra for the room and he was rude and aggressive with us! The hotel needs to chose more carefully the people who work for it! Really bad experience!

The location is good and the facilities are clean because it was newly remodeled.
I really like the cleanliness.
All the staff are friendly.
It's a shame that there is no breakfast service, but there are many places to eat breakfast nearby, so it's okay.
