Small suite with city view (with bathroom). It's not better to see on the 4* mark, but in general, for the Hotel placed comfortly (not far from the main center streets and lake, close to the train station and to the "train street", as well as from the other top places you must to see), so it's+, Cleaning+, Service+, Staff+, ... may be a little tired: to repair small things here and there.

Facilities is acceptable, erring on basic side. I got upgraded for free to a quadraple room. However, the room is located next to the buzzing streets which can be disturbing at night especially for the neon / spotlights and the honking of vehicles.

Rubbish hotel falsely advertises that the hotel facilities are old and the pictures are seriously inconsistent. It looks like a small hotel with four stars. I don’t know how to rate it. The most irritating thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work. I took my luggage and left that night. I charged a day’s room rate and booked 8 I don’t stay on the platform every day and don’t refund the money. The platform believes what the hotel says. I don’t believe what the customer says. Let me find the hotel by myself. I’m speechless. Don’t be fooled. I might not choose Ctrip in the future. They rate them selves as 4 star hotel, they are worst thn 1 star. Super unhygienic Toilets here can give u diseases Staff is extremely impolite and always trying to earn money out of you by selling early check in room Staff name - Peter We booked the room for 4k a night and he is giving us a room for one hour early check in for double the rate Truly bad and super super unhygienic

Location is excellent as staying in old quarters all are walkable and accessible. For service the day staff are very courteous and nice however the night staff were very rude and non friendly Room size and lobby is very very disappointing... they are very small. Though rooms are neat and clean but size is unexpectedly super small with no balconies or outside view also. You will be lucky to have a window if atvall you have. This is rated as 4 star but not sure how basis the amenities.. however for the location and some courteous staff marks on. The morning breakfast menu for veg is also very limited and whatever is there also is not good... :(. If u are a vegetarian.. be prepared to carry se food or survive on fruits and salads.

Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed. It is a joke to be a 4* hotel. Rooms are stuffy. No windows!. Rooms are dark. Toilet is leaking. entrance is like someone entering a shop. Breakfast is without Much choices. Not on time in the morning. Reception staff is rude. It is better to avoid this hotel. Three are much better choices available.

The location was good in that it is convenient to area attractions. MMT had it listed as having a gym, sauna and steam, none of which it had. Rooms were ok, but nothing special and the breakfast buffet was disappointing.
