I enjoy my stay at the hotel. The receptionists were accommodating and polite. They can communicate in English so it’s really easy if you have any queries or requests. on our first night, the room was not that big and it’s quite old but on our second night, the room was new and it’s clean. The toilet is also really clean.

We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had. Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the attentive staff and well-appointed rooms, made it a memorable experience. We left with a sense of contentment, ready to embark on the next leg of our journey to Sapa. You will receive free cancellation, If cancellation will be best for you. I don't want you to get kicked out of the hotel when you get to the hotel.
