The experience of staying for four nights is highly recommended! For travelers who are planning to walk in Hanoi Citywalk, this is a highly recommended hotel. The location is convenient in the old quarter, and the nightlife of restaurants, bars and bars near the hotel is very lively. There is a convenience store a few dozen meters away. The hotel is small, warm and exquisite, and the hygiene is good. The most special recommendation is that the hotel service is very good, especially the two staff members who are very enthusiastic and considerate. First of all, the lady at the front desk carefully marked the supporting conditions around the hotel on the map after checking in, covering almost all needs. If there is a restaurant you want to go to, you will also help to book a seat. Unfortunately, the staff was changed on the day of check-out and no photos were taken. Another is that the staff in the restaurant are very thoughtful (Figure 5). One day we got up late and it was almost past breakfast time, and she kept an extra 20 minutes for us. Another morning, it was already past breakfast time, and we didn’t give up breakfast. When we went to the front desk to do business and returned to the room, we passed by the restaurant and met her who was collecting food. She took the initiative to ask if she wanted to take some back to the room to eat, and helped to bake bread. Knowing that children like to eat rice cakes very much, she gave them a few pieces every time she saw them. Compared to politeness, I am always more moved by this kind of enthusiasm, which is also a very added experience during the trip.

The publicity of this hotel is obviously fraudulent. The double bed is clearly written as a 1.2-meter single bed, but the width of the bed is less than one meter after checking in. It can be said that the experience of staying in this hotel is extremely torturous for tall men. After lying on the bed for an hour, I felt like I was going to fall off when I turned over casually. I couldn't sleep. I had to pull out the bedside table and put the bed together. The bed seemed to have problems. In short, it was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep. The room is very small, with a small sofa and a table in front that is almost impossible to squeeze in, because the annoying thing is that there is a small square-cornered table as soon as you go out of the bathroom. I was hit by this corner three times and it hurt a lot. The space design is extremely unreasonable. The so-called balcony is actually a window sill with a railing. The space is ridiculously small, with a width of only a few dozen centimeters, and people can't even turn around. Even the window sill can be considered a balcony. There is also a particularly large step. As for the service, the staff in the lobby are very friendly, but there are some problems with the breakfast staff, and their attitude is not very good. Because it involves fraudulent publicity, the facilities are directly given the lowest evaluation.
