The facilities are very old, and the air-conditioning panel is so old that it can't be seen. If there is insufficient hot water and water pressure in the bathroom, the air conditioner will automatically turn off.
Room cleaning only cleaned the bathroom and bed, there were hair/glass stains everywhere, and my travel towels fell off the rack.
Overall it's more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

Very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The young woman in charge of activities found us a French-speaking guide in less than 5 minutes to explore the city. The best!!
The spa and the head, shoulder, and neck combo massage were a pure delight for relaxing, all accompanied by tea.
