First of all, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the location of this hotel is inaccurate. When I went to the address, I ended up at a cafe, and when I asked the staff there, they said they didn't know where it was. I tried contacting the hotel directly, but they couldn't communicate with me. I also booked this hotel on the first day of my trip, but the hotel contacted me the very same day, saying, "We're unable to pick you up due to a power outage? We'll cancel your reservation and process a refund." This was a surprise, and I was surprised. Trip.com wasn't contacted about this; they only contacted me personally. While this may have been unfortunate and unavoidable, I'm frustrated that my refund still hadn't been processed after I returned home, and I only received it after contacting Trip.com support directly.

Overall the room is modern, bright, clean. Very comfortable stay, quick check in and out, professional. Good experience staying here.

It was the worst place I stayed during my trip. I was contacted late on the day of the trip, and the location and service of the suddenly changed accommodation were all the worst.
