Booked the last available room for overnight stay, after arriving from Sapa in the late evening. Was allocated a room at the ground floor which is behind the front desk. Good thing about ground floor is that you don't have to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs. However, it could be noisy . Overall, it was a nice clean place for me to sleep and shower before the flight next day.

New and clean rooms, felt very comfortable. Staff and owner are friendly. Small guest house with just a few rooms, rooms are quiet and perfect spot to explore the old quarter.

The hotel is clean, and the location is convenient, close to the main city attractions. The staff, and especially the girl at the reception, are super friendly and helpful and speak English well. The Bus stop where you can find bus 86 to the airport is 550m away, quite managable even with heavy bags. I stayed in a room with no windows on the ground floor, it was okay and quiet at night.

An's home is a great place to stay. Clean comfortable rooms, great family that runs everything and great location in the old quarter of Hanoi (close to food, bars, shops, etc)! Booked one night but ended up staying for 3 because it was so comfortable. The family even gave me a nice fruit parting gift of fruits when I left. Thank you An's home!!
