Amazing French VILLA/HK Lake/FREE Laundry

This was the worst hotel during our entire stay in Vietnam for all the several trips we have been here. The staff is not interested in your comfort. The website says super suite 60 square meters, in fact two different rooms, not even next to each other. No tea, coffee, only two large towels, no towels for hands and feet. They put us in a room with a view of the construction site and such audibility that the construction is going on in your room, and, knowing about the construction, they did not warn. The work continues until late, as the staff themselves said until one in the morning ... It is impossible to sleep, only close your eyes, noise and flickering light due to welding. The hotel itself wrote that they are comfortable, everything to our complaints, they do not care that my children and I had to take headache pills because of the uncomfortable stay. In the morning we got up, well, got up, the construction woke us up and went to look for another hotel. Thanks to the Tripcom service, which helped us not to lose money. In the end, we moved. I highly recommend it.

This is an apartment above a cafe. We arrived at the cafe at 7 o'clock in the morning and met the waiter. We waited until 14:45 in the afternoon, and the person who met us at the apartment added me on WeChat. Then we were told that there was an electrical problem in the room and we could not stay there. They need to help us arrange to stay in an apartment in their branch. The branch apartment was a 30-minute drive from the old town, which wasted unnecessary time and money. The worst thing is that there is a house being built next to the apartment and the noise is loud from morning to night.
