This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is perfect in every corner and very new. Everything is also very clean.

Overall, I recommend
Pros: good location, new apartments, cleaning, two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, everything you need in the kitchen.
Cons: noise from the street and inside the apartments, some windows overlook neighboring windows, a washing machine is listed in the room, but in fact it is shared on the 9th floor, no iron.
We arrived a couple of hours early, planned to leave our things downstairs, but they immediately gave us the key. We were glad that they would check us in a little earlier, but when we brought our things up, they knocked on our door and took 400 thousand dong. We didn't want to take our things downstairs, but if I had known, I would have left them downstairs until check-in at 2 p.m.
But thanks for leaving our things in the lobby when we checked out and the administrator helped us take them down to the taxi.

beautiful new hotel, airy room, don't know what room spray to use but it smells so good, gentle, receptionist is very friendly, enthusiastic, my family has 2 small children, usually book hotel rooms with 2 large beds, first time trying to book an apartment, staying in a 2-bedroom apartment is both private and can look after the children. If I have the chance to take my children out, I will book here again

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The room window could not see the sun. It was raining when I checked in, and I could not see whether it was raining outside from the room. The window of the room I stayed in was facing the window next door, less than one meter away, and I could hear the noise from next door. I have stayed in more than 10 hotels in Vietnam, and this is the only hotel that requires an extra 150,000 VND for checking in 2 hours in advance.

The apartments are new, clean at first glance, but the service is so-so. There is a dental kit, disposable razor, cap, comb in the bathroom, this is a plus, of course. But my comb, left on the sink, was lost somewhere, either thrown away or something... If you do not hang a sign about the need for cleaning, they will not come to you at all that day, that is, you will be left without water, without fresh towels and with garbage in the room. Toilet paper was not added during cleaning, we took it ourselves from the common toilet on the first floor. There are utensils, glasses, a frying pan, but no mugs for hot drinks and plates. The knife was poorly washed, a dirty sponge for washing dishes and food remains in the sink. We bought a new sponge ourselves, small bowls, left them in the room. The windows overlook the neighboring walls.
