The hotel and room were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However there is an extremely noisy construction site right next door that starts work at 6:25 AM and doesn’t stop till around midnight. This also meant I had no windows as they were blocked by a screen. The hotel provides ear plugs but if I had known I would have stayed somewhere else. I am very tired leaving there.

The hotel is amazing. The room was spacious, big tv, better than the ones you get at big hotels ; nice bathroom (but would have liked a partition for the shower as everything was wet after. The bed is extra comfortable , slept like a baby - but it was so noisy from 5:45 am! There is in fairness a note saying that the next door villa is doing construction work - but still …. Haven’t visited the rooftop but tasted the pho at the restaurant and it was nice. The staff is super nice and speak very good English. The security guard is also very friendly. The only hiccup is that it is about 20-30 mn from the old quarter of you want to go there. Not much you can do walking either it seems , no close bar or restaurants nearby.

We stayed overnight at this hotel, and it's a wonderful place. The staff were incredibly polite and pleasant, and the food was delicious. We opted for the breakfast, which we also thoroughly enjoyed; it had everything one could ask for: omelets, sausage/bacon, toast, pastries/sweets, fruits, and vegetables! We had a late flight, and they promptly accommodated us with a late check-out for half the regular room price. The pool was lovely. The evening views were wonderful! There was construction happening on our side of the hotel, so we couldn't sleep in late in the morning. However, this is certainly not the hotel's fault, so it's best to inquire beforehand or bring earplugs! The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my four visits to Hanoi. The property is newly built, with a beautiful exterior and exceptionally clean, well-designed interiors. A pleasant fragrance lingered throughout the rooms and common areas, creating a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and functionality. One of the highlights was the rooftop — the pool was stunning and the dinner experience up there was equally memorable. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. They were the warmest and most genuinely kind people I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. While the location was slightly off the main tourist paths and there weren’t many attractions within walking distance, using Grab made getting around easy and convenient — so it wasn’t a real drawback. This is the perfect choice for travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality stay. I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Hanoi. Check-in and check out is very fast. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but that's okay. If you want to get to the Old Quarter, it's 15 to 20minutes Grab ride away. It's a new hotel, only 3 months old at the time of my stay and they take service very seriously! I had planned to stay only 1 night and decided to extend by 2 more nights. Very clean, comfortable and the overhead projector is a nice touch. If you need a retreat away this is a great choice. I got quite sick with a flu during my stay, the staff attended to me and made me fresh ginger tea. The front desk staff swiftly got onto her scooter to get traditional Vietnamese medicine that I had requested. They checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire stay. And I was able to do late check out comfortably without any hassle. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time that I visit Hanoi again!
