I booked a room here and was very hesitant after reading a bad review of this place by a guest. But I finally decided to give it a try and I found it was not as bad as I thought. The owner of this hotel was very nice and she bought me some fruits. The room was also quite nice and clean. She gave me a room on a high floor. I didn't see the towel so she asked the staff to bring it to me 5 minutes later. I will come here again.

I didn't expect the hostess to be so nice and friendly, her main job is as a tour guide. I texted her to suggest some places to visit in Hanoi and I thought I was lucky because she was free at that time and she took me straight to some famous places.
