I didn't expect the hostess to be so nice and friendly, her main job is as a tour guide. I texted her to suggest some places to visit in Hanoi and I thought I was lucky because she was free at that time and she took me straight to some famous places. I felt the quality of the room was at 4 stars, it was quite comfortable and quiet like at home.
