This is a failure!
We are still shocked by how this hotel has such a rating, and on different platforms.
Let's start with the fact that the hotel has two profiles with different hotel names: La charm, La palm. At first, we had to look for the hotel, because the name did not match.
The reception staff is very polite, speaks English well - that's all the good stuff.
While we were standing at the reception, we managed to see how the hotel is killed: it is definitely not open in 2024 (as it says) - this is a scam!)
As expected - the rooms are completely destroyed! Friends rented a deluxe - it is generally a trash kennel 😆 We - deluxe. The only plus is the terrace, but next to it is a warehouse of dusty junk.
Everything in the room looks like it was from 2008. They don't even try to support this. You can see the rest in the photo. I don't even want to write more.
I will never set foot here again, even for 1 night, as it was now.
Where such a rating comes from, I repeat, is not clear at all.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures, our room was cold also very humid, and the air conditioner did not work at all. The toilet flush was loud, and the view was nothing as expected.

The towels were not clean and had rotten ends. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was too noisy. No one cleaned the room on the first day. The service was good. Breakfast was generally limited in variety.
