I didn't eat breakfast, and the staff was friendly. It was a bit disappointing that there were no windows. It's not near Hoan Kiem, so it was quiet and great for resting.

3泊5日の旅行で利用しました。私は日本人🇯🇵です。
フロントの方もフレンドリーで優しく接してくれとても快適な生活を送ることが出来ました。
□良かった点
・日本語の説明書を貰えた。
・トイレにウォシュレットがついていた。
(ベトナムはトイレットペーパーを流せないので)
・朝食がパン、麺、米など色々と種類があった。
・ランドリーサービス、空港への送迎、両替等のサービスがあった。(利用してはいません。)
・チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。
(深夜便で帰国だったため本当に有難かったです。)
・空調設備も快適
・Netflix、Amazonprimevideo、YouTube等を繋げられます。
・アメニティも豊富
(無料︰歯ブラシ、髭剃り、シャンプー、ボディソープ、小タオル×2、バスタオル×2、ドライヤー、ハンガー、湯沸かし器、Dasaniの水×2)

□微妙だった点
・旧市街からは少し距離がある。
(歩けない距離ではないが少し遠め。)

It wasn't in perfect condition, with dead bugs on top of the toilet that had gotten in through the window, and after cleaning, the towels on the bathroom floor were dirty with trash on them. There was also hair in the hotel breakfast and dead bugs in the condiments. However, at first glance it looked very clean.
The three receptionists were very nice. They greeted us with a smile every time, and when we told them there were dirty or missing towels, or missing pillows, they responded quickly.
