No service. They literally hate the guests from the moment they check in. Because you're preventing them from talking on the phone, watching tik tok, or sleeping (that was not late check in). When I discovered that there were no towels in the room and went downstairs to report it, I was literally yelled at (towel was given).
The rooms do not match the description, and the bathroom stinks of sewage.
I specially ordered a room with windows ("City View"), and I get it. One of the windows looked into the next room (lol), and the second one faced the wall at a distance of about 30 cm.
As final hit I found my door was somehow unlocked (I closed it before leaving). Moved out to another hotel after one night. Fine location though.

The room door was broken and had to be turned for a long time. The room was a bit stuffy, but overall, for this price, it was okay. There are still many places with the same price that are better. The reception was not good.

The toilet smells like sewer, the elevator can't go up to the 3rd and 4th floors, I have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor and then walk up to the 3rd floor, the bed sheets are white so there are quite obvious stains, the location is very central, easy to find, cars are a bit difficult to get in but motorbikes are very easy to get in, I didn't see any hand soap in the toilet, however, the room price is quite reasonable so that's also a plus
