Hanoi HP Service Apartments

The room was full but the trip page did not show that it was full! When I arrived to check in, I called the owner and asked him to wait a moment for someone to come check if there was a room available. I waited a long time and called back but the line was busy! I asked someone to call for me and they said the room was full! It was a waste of the customer's time! Irresponsible work😕

First of all, we were not able to stay at this hotel. So, this is not a rating of this hotel. I booked this hotel, but for some reason, I was taken to another hotel. I did not have a phone number that I could use in Vietnam. Therefore, I messaged the hotel to tell them the check-in time, but it was difficult to tell them. I was not able to send an email either. We arrived at the address listed, but the first floor was a cafe and there was no sign or landmark that looked like a hotel. When I asked the handsome cafe staff, it seemed that the accommodation was on the second floor. We are not fluent in English. So, we ended up getting help from a Trip.com customer. As a result, we were dispatched? A local woman took us to a hotel a little further away. The hotel was very nice. I wish they had told us earlier if it was overbooked... It took a long time to get to our room even though we arrived in Hanoi early.

I, Luis Silva da Costa, have already stayed here and Luis Silva da Costa really enjoyed having stayed in this apartment that is only rented to people from abroad.
