Granda Hanoi Hotel & Apartment Reviews

The hotel has a very poor cleaning and maintenance culture. The bathroom has this old rusty smell. Toilets wall, shower door all dirty and unkept. The toilet drainage system wasn’t flowing. Worse still I had to clean the bathroom myself, because the house cleaners did a bad service maintaining the room upon checking in. Bedsheet and bed cover looked so old, couldn’t even use the towels. Thankfully I wasn’t there for more than three nights. Don’t recommend

It’s a pretty good hotel, but the location is not easy to find. Sometimes the cleaners just go in and clean without knocking, which makes me feel uncomfortable.

The environment is much quieter than the old town. Anyway, there are motorcycles in Hanoi, and there are all kinds of food, drink and entertainment nearby. I like it here

The room is quite big with a balcony. There is a double-door refrigerator and two bottles of water. There is nothing wrong with this price.

The location is ambiguous...and not easy to find. However, for the price, the accommodation is just right for the price.
