Firstly, I'd say a HUGE thanks to Mr Ðat who was very responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. I had a very smooth check-in, though I arrived very late. I had communicated in advance and he had arranged a colleague to assist me with checking in (it's optional, of course, but I recommend it). The apartment itself is very cozy, well cleaned and bright during the day. It was very quiet and comfortable. Felt right at home. It had an open view and the amenities are as listed. A well equipped kitchenette with every basic utensil you may need. As I mentioned earlier, it felt like a home away from home. Mr Dat checked up to see if I needed anything and reached out to arrange housekeeping, too, since I had booked for a week. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasantly positive experience, and I'll gladly recommend this apartment/hotel to anyone looking for a short or long stay. Once again, thanks to the outstanding support by the host. It's 10/10 - easily. *Added bonuses include the location. It's very close to a decent mall (it's actually part of the complex and walking distance), basic shops, pharmacy and cafés etc. There's a large Big C across the road. Though it's not that close to the old city, the area has a lot to offer. And it's possible to get to the old city quite easily via ride apps like Grab etc. I think there's a station is right outside the complex (I remember seeing one that looked like it). To the airport, it takes about 30-40 minutes.
