This is an apartment inside Masteri residence area so the facilities are okay. Only the service is weird and annoying. There is no receptionist. One Chinese girl text you before the check-in to give instructions. Even the room is fully paid at booking, they ask for the deposit and will only refund at check-out. The girl can't speak Vietnamese. The guards of Vinhomes will stop you at the gate. This is horrible experience and I will not recommend or book this hotel again. Red alert!

Ocean park1 is about 6-7km away from grand world (ocean park2,3). The view from the master bedroom is excellent, and the living functions nearby are very good. Free electric buses shuttle between ocean parks, and the transportation is convenient.

Nice new area outside the city. This is not a hotel!! No reception. They will take a deposit of 1 million dong from you. If you have any questions, no one will help you. The administrator does not get in touch, does not answer emails. It was difficult to contact at least someone from this accommodation. We had an early check-out, they did not help us with a taxi, no one returned the money for the unused breakfast, they also did not provide breakfast. But there is a sheet with fines! If you write that you are a 4-star hotel, then such hotels do not have fines and they will always help with a taxi, they will give you breakfast early in the morning. The room itself is clean, they clean, the place is beautiful. But due to the lack of hospitality, inattention to guests and unwillingness to help call a taxi, I do not recommend this place!

Sunshine Hotel is located in Vinhome Ocean Park, which is the latest developed area in Vietnam~ That’s why I stayed there for one night to experience life. There are many places for people’s livelihood nearby. I believe it will become more and more developed soon~
