Tolle Unterkunft. Preis / Leistung hat hier auf jeden Fall gestimmt. Es gibt neben den Zimmern auf jedem Stockwerk noch Gemeinschaftsräume mit TV, Küche und Sitzgelegenheiten. Hier kann man auch kostenlos Wasser aus einem Wasserspender nutzen. Zudem habe ich die Waschmaschine und den Trockner benutzt. (kostenlos)
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Old Quarter, aber trotzdem noch zentral genug um alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Tagsüber und teilweise auch Nachts kann die Geräuschkulisse in den Zimmern zur Straße aber teilweise etwas laut.
Die MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption waren immer freundlich und konnten weiterhelfen. Danke an Ms. Ly, Ms. Nhan und Mr. Quan!

Very clean. The service staff is very professional. A girl named Ly at the front desk is very enthusiastic and professional. She took the initiative to help us solve many problems such as car use and currency exchange. You can't go wrong with a hotel with such staff! Especially the location is very good. 房間非常乾淨整潔，位置也特別好就在越南著名景點西湖周邊，對面有很多餐飲店，便利店等，出行叫車也特別方便，酒店的工作人員Tw, Tuan和Thanh的服務也特別專業，有求必應，及時幫助客户解決問題。在威爾克酒店的住宿為我的越南河內之行提供了極大的便利，下次來河內還會選擇這裏。
