Nice room. Not easy to find for 1st time stay. Have to go into Circle K and up the stairs to the front desk. No lift. Nice room. Nice view. They forgot to serve my breakfast 🥲. Overall is nice. May or may not stay again. will consider.

初めてこんなに長文の口コミを投稿します。 結婚記念日旅行で初めてベトナムを訪れました。サークルKの中から階段を登ってホテルに入るのに最初は驚きましたが、何かあった時にすぐに買い物できるので便利です。 キャリーバッグはホテルマンが運んでくれました。 チェックインから暖かく歓迎していただき、部屋に入るとサプライズがありました。事前にメッセージで結婚記念日旅行で訪れることを伝えていましたが、まさかこんなに素敵な装飾をしてもらえると思っていなかったので、嬉しかったです。 朝食はとてもボリューミーでしたが、フォーもパンもフルーツもとても美味しく、新鮮でした。 その他にもスパやディナー、タクシーの手配やツアー送迎の連絡など、VincentさんとThorさんには大変お世話になりました。星5つでは足りない素晴らしいホスピタリティです。 とても快適に過ごせて思い出に残る旅行になりました。 ありがとうございました。

Albergo nel cuore di Hanoi! Molto confortevole, silenzioso e davvero rilassante! Le camere hanno ogni confort e Vincent e lo staff sono molto gentili, attenti ad ogni esigenza! Colazione molto ricca, di sicuro non si esce affamati Un plus il balcone con vista, tornerò se dovessi ripassare da Hanoi!

If possible, I would want to give this place more stars. My partner was sick with food poisoning when we arrived but Vincent and his team went beyond to make us feel cared for. We rarely do breakfast service but for here, we had it every single day! the room design was so cute and super clean.

L’endroit est parfait pour découvrir la ville, emplacement idéal avec vue sur le lac. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, une ambiance paisible dans cette ville qui grouille. Le rooftop est top! Le petit déjeuner excellent! Vincent est aux petits soins avec nous, et d’une gentillesse et hospitalité parfaite! On a adoré et c’est définitivement là qu’on reviendra! Je recommande vivement :)
