勝在價格實惠，但是樓下服務大爺，態度有點奇怪，可能是語言不通的原因，但是整體上來説，態度比其他住過的公寓要差一些……

I stayed there for about a week. It is located next to Linh Lang Street, the Japanese town, so it is very convenient for shopping and eating. The entrance is closed with a shutter, so it is a little difficult to get the key at first. I was able to check in smoothly because I got the person in charge's Line in advance, and the person in charge, Leo, was very accommodating. If you want to check in without prior notice, you can call the intercom next to the shutter or use the phone number listed (but in Vietnamese, English is also spoken?) The room is spacious enough, the hot water in the shower is no problem, and all the tableware is provided. There is no washing machine or dryer in the room, so the cleaning staff does the laundry every other day. I had given up on doing the laundry the night before I checked out, but the cleaning staff dealt with it and delivered it to me first thing the next morning. Personally, I would like to do my own laundry, so I will give the facilities a 4.
