J'ai passé un séjour formidable dans cet établissement ! L'emplacement est absolument parfait : idéalement situé à proximité de toutes les principales attractions, tout en étant paisible et calme. L'hôte a été aux petits soins, offrant un accueil chaleureux et d'excellentes recommandations d'activités et de restaurants à proximité. L'hébergement lui-même était impeccable : la chambre était immense, impeccable et bien conçue, avec tout le confort souhaité. C'était tellement propre et confortable que je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'une meilleure expérience et je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui visitent la région!

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à côté de l'Opéra, du Vieux Quartier et de la rue des Trains. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, calme et entièrement équipé avec cuisine et salle de bain privées. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous, confortablement installés. L'hôte a été très réactif et enthousiaste à notre arrivée et nous a donné des conseils pour visiter les environs. Merci, nous reviendrons.

I cannot thank Huong enough. We are so incredibly happy we started our travels here. Huong arranged a ride for us from the airport and the driver was there on time and made sure we knew where to meet them. Great service. Huong is quick to respond, helpful, goes above and beyond for her guests to make sure they are happy and comfortable. All the instructions were clear and we felt safe inside the apartment. The bed is also comfortable, we had a fantastic sleep!

숙박시설에 대한 위생개념이 하나도 지켜지지않았고, 화장실은 지붕이없고 모터소리가 밤새 울려댄다. 티비옆 전구는 끌수없어 밝은방으로 잠에들수없다. 새벽에는 이상한 소리가들리고, 집문은 도어락이있지만, 그것은 장식이고 작동되지않는다. 유일한 잠금장치는 자물쇠 하나에 안전을 의지해야하며, 밤새 불안에 떨어 잠을잘수없다.
나는 3박을 예약했지만, 불안해서 1박 숙박후 나머지2박은 환불요청했지만 거절당하고, 지겹게 매달린 결과 마지막 1박만 환불받을수있었다.
3박예약이었지만 1박 숙박후 환불받을땐 단1박요금의 환불을 받을수있었고, 나머지1박에대한 금액은 환불받지못했다.
결론은 이런 비싼가격으로 이런곳에 지낼바에
비슷한 가격, 혹은 더싼 가격으로 3성급이나 4성급호텔을 추전한다.
여기는 지낼곳이못된다. 마치 오래된 창고를 대충 개조해놓은느낌.
비추에비주에비추에비추에 완전 비추천이다.
이런곳 예약해서 후회하면서 여행에대한 불쾌한경험 하지말고, 그냥 호텔에 지내라 진짜로.
2주간 돌아다니면서 최악의 숙박시설이다.

The facility is relatively old, the water heater is a storage type, winter bathing will not have enough hot water, the water pump long on is very noisy, closed and not enough water to use.

Townhouse construction, no elevator, carrying large luggage really need 2 people cooperation to move upstairs building really have to be mentally prepared.
The main door is difficult to use only by the gate key, the door cannot be closed tightly when going out, there are security concerns.
