We checked in late and checked out early, so we didn't get to experience the hotel much. However, it's located in the Old Quarter, very close to the bus stops that take you to Ha Giang. A nice hotel to rest and shower before moving on. Recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located if you take the public bus from the airport to the old town. However, the rooms are very small and the facilities are quite old.

The room is very good, but there may be a lot of dust. As for the service staff, they are very good. I was feeling a little sick so I asked the staff for some medicine. The staff went out of their way to help buy medicine and various other things. I am extremely impressed with this service💖

Great location. The hotel located in old quarter very close to beer street. Great service from hotel staff. Bathroom a bit smelly from sewer. Room is older than I thought.
Anyway with this price it's reasonable and deserved 5 score.

During our transit flight to Japan on April 7, we booked a room hotel in the Old Quarter area. And we found this hotel, with a budget room. The picture shown in the apps might be different to our actual room. It is located between buildings, and the entrance is a gangway. As a budget or transit hotel, I can say this place is worthy. The room is equipped beyond our imagination. The room has a hot water shower, a small space, a coat hanger, a 40" size Xiaomi TV, a small refrigerator, a hair dryer. We slept well, even though due to the small space, the room is not soundproof. But overall, this room still meet our satisfactory. The location close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. And resto, bar or cafes. The front desk was helpful and they can help us to book a taxi to the airport at a fair price. Overall, this hotel is still recommended for backpacker to enjoy Hanoi city.. Good luck and we wish you the best of success.

Outdated hotel that was overbooked.
The hotel is in need of a lot of repair, the reception area is half in darkness where what seems to be some restaurant seating area with scooters parked and a lot of mould growing on the ceiling.
The hotel is also difficult to find, it cannot be seen from the street & our taxi driver had to ring the hotel and the receptionist came out and took us down an alley way to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful & actually when we tried to check in, they had overbooked the hotel so had no room for us and managed to get us in their sister hotel up the road which was slightly better.
