Glad to have chosen la siesta hang trung among the hundrrds of hotels in hanoi. Location was close to shops and restaurants yet away from the big crowds. Front desk and door assistants were readily available to assist. Red bean staff were the best. I enjoyed the daily breakfast spread. Tram nguyen is a gem so as rhe rest of the crew (all of them). Both the junior suite and owner's suite are remarkable! See you soon!!!

It was in a good location for accessing the old town, so we were able to walk around the tourist sites. There was a pool, so we could take a break and play in it when the kids got tired. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby, so it was easy to find something to eat, and the room was clean and comfortable. The view from the breakfast area was great, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options, and the pho was delicious.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. They went over and above to assist with any issues or inquiries. The location was perfect and was close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were a fair size, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend this for the price that they charge.
