Hanoi Stella Hotel

It had everything you need, but the room was small and old. It was the worst value for money among the hotels recommended by Trip.

This was my first time at a hotel like this 1＞ The cleaning condition is so bad. Why is there a hair stuck in the shower? ㅠㅜ 2＞ The room condition is the worst. It's humid and the bed is so sagging that my back hurts. I contacted them to ask for their understanding that I would arrive at night, but they turned off the sign, so it's hard to find it if you arrive at night. The road noise is transmitted as it is 3＞ After requesting a room change, they moved our luggage to another room without any notice and didn't even send a text message. When I returned at night and opened the original door, another foreign couple was sleeping there~ If they had changed the room as they wanted and moved our luggage, they would have sent at least a text message so that other guests wouldn't have had to open the door. I was already added on KakaoTalk, but I was flustered because they didn't say a word. 4＞ Since it was a family trip, they found another hotel for the other family members and moved them away. I think they maintain the rating by connecting to other travel products~ If you look around, there are many good places that are a bit far from the city~ Don't be fooled by the rating.

The service staff was very friendly and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable.
