The hotel is clean, but when I booked it, it said there was a window, but in fact it was an inner window and I couldn't see any sunlight. For two consecutive days, a guest *** was talking loudly in the corridor at 6:00 in the morning without any scruples and talked for two or three minutes. His quality was very poor.

I usually stay at this hotel when I go to Hanoi on business, mainly because it is close to the company. This hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, some of them can speak Chinese, and the breakfast is great, with many varieties and good taste.
