Hanoi Golden Lotus Aman Hotel

When I checked in, I discovered that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed, there was still hairs/stains from the previous guest on them, and the Wi-Fi speed was extremely low.

I booked this hotel so last minute but I do not regret it one bit! The hotel room was spacious and the toilet was very clean. The staff were so helpful, from the door man to the reception staff, they were all lovely. I think her name is Chloe, she welcomed us and gave us tips and information that we needed to further enjoy our stay in Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars!!

Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.
