Hanoi Quan Tay Ho 3-star Hotels

The hotel is OK. It is a budget hotel. It is clean and sanitary. The price is affordable. It is worth recommending.

I can say confidently this is one of the best if not the best hotels given the price. Situated right beside the West Lake, with the breathtaking views that comes with it, Moon West Lake is near various amenities: a pharmacy, a few convenience stores, a whole multitudes of restaurants, cafes, roadside eateries. The service and staff are also impeccable. Water is left for us at our door every day, even though we hung the ”do not disturb” sign at the door. During check-out, we had to pay for a couple bottles of water we bought from the lobby but they didn't have change, and the man kindly waived the charge. All in all, as long as I am to visit Hanoi in the future, I will not stay anywhere else.

The decor was simple and tasteful. I had a small working corner, fast internet, and a soft mattress that helped me sleep well. The staff were always available via message and super responsive. It’s a quiet spot but still close to the action. Really enjoyed my time here.

The environment is OK, by the West Lake. But you don't have to stay unless necessary, the hygiene is very average! There are dead fish in the West Lake, nothing to see. It is recommended to stay one night on the way back

Pleasantly and positively surprised that hotel is comfortable, in a convenient location with a pharmacy, convenient shop, salon, dental and restaurants nearby. In fact, Lotte Mall Westlake and Westlake are not far at all. Although a short stopover for me, it was a comfortable night’s stay. Rooms are quite big with big balcony. bed is comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Nice location with nice restaurants nearby. Couple of mins from Old Quater. On my next trip will definitely book again

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five days, and our experience was exceptional. What really stood out to us was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the receptionist. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, helped us book tours, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. I will always go back there anytime am in Hanoi.
