Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem 5-star Hotels

I had the most amazing time in this hotel for the last 3 days. - The location is as good as it gets - The room was clean and comfortable - The beds were made for a perfect night's sleep - The breakfast was out of this world. A huge variety of local of western dishes always changed from day to day. Al ways one of the highlights of my day. - The staff were always kind, polite and responsive to any of my requests. I would like to mention Miss May, Miss Rose, Ms An and Mr Jacky. They have all made a difference to my stay. Not to mention the small gift received open check-in out. Thank you Splendid Premium Hotel for making my stay in Hanoi special.

Location: Hanoi Old Quarter, 25 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, good to go to Hanoi Night Market at night, many restaurants, very convenient. Hygiene: clean and tidy, cleaned on time every day, the house always smells good. Facilities: complete facilities, everything you need, a gym on the second floor, and a rooftop terrace. Service: The service staff are warm and polite, and can help call a taxi. Features: It's great to have a rooftop terrace, drink a little wine and enjoy the city view, the view is super beautiful, and there is a small swimming pool. The breakfast is especially delicious, bread, cake, fruit, and Chinese food, including rice noodles, are all superb.

Very conveniently located hotel in old quarter. We were placed in a room JUST beside the gym (with access to swimming pool) and we are so amazed. The breakfast spread met our expectation. There was a massage parlour JUST beside the hotel. There were also food, souvenir and shopping all around. We booked a Halong Bay day tour at the receptionist with ease as the friendly staffs speak simple English so communication is easy.

My flight back to Hong Kong in the morning, I have not enough time to have breakfast. Hotel very nice to help me prepack a big of breakfast for me, I can have my breakfast on the way to airport. Appreciated!

Our stay at La Siesta Classic was one of the best customer service experiences that we have encountered. The staff was very helpful and willing to move mountains to maintain a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very good and there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Overall, our stay was okay. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The location is excellent – very central and close to everything, which made it easy to get around. However, the room we stayed in was quite small and didn’t get much natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped and dark. The pool area could also use more seating and some shade – it got very hot during the day. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options.

The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

The beautiful entrance and reception take you off the bustling and congested roads of Hanoi’s old quarter into an oasis of calm and charm. Sadly the amenities (bar and pool) are pretty limited - I couldn’t find a spot to sit around the pool (there were probably 8-10 people there and no room left). The indoor spa facilities were good and the treatments pleasant. I wouldn’t return as I think for the money spent, I could get much better facilities OR get the same facilities much cheaper elsewhere in Hanoi

Loved my stay here! Ruby and Phem were so helpful and caring for us and our needs. Felt really at home in this place. Highly recommend if you’re planning for a comfortable stay in Hanoi. Location is really good as well.

Superb location in the heart of oldtown with all major streets and sights at walking distance, overlooking the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel has all the service standards of a proper 5-star. Stayed 1 night, went on a cruise, and skipped the JW in favor of returning here again for the sake of convenience exploring Hanoi and its sights. Comfortable beds and decent showers. If possible, get a lakeview room.
