I like the chocolate hour from 4-5 pm. The staff have been very helpful.
What they could have done better is that they should have separate conditioner and shower gel. I don’t like the idea of “conditioning shampoo” (2 in 1). The toothbrushes come with paper-packet toothpaste which is difficult to use.
I think this hotel has a lot of good potential especially the very friendly and helpful staff, but it’d be much better if it decides not to use cheap amenities like the cheap toothbrushes and the lack of a separate shower gel.

My requantly decision. Good choice, good location, wide room and so comfortable. The breakfast are not too much dishes but staffs in restaurant are so kind and gently.

Breakfast was served Alacarte menu. This thing need to be explained by Front desk upon check in.
And when I also enter Restaurant for Breakfast.. no one explain proactively they are serving Ala Carte. I was embarrased with the poor basic set up and when I sit down .. staff told me i need to choose some menu.
Its was a bit hard to find the check in lobby and the lobby was not really like hotel.

The only real issue with this hotel is the location. It is quite far from the old quarter and there weren't a lot of food options immediately near the hotel. The hotel itself did have a nice restaurant but the prices were a bit high compared to other parts of the city. There was a Korean quarter with lots of Korean food however, but even that was a bit of a hike.

Loved my time at the apartment in Vinhomes D’Capitale! Super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Great location and the host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi and will happily come back for future trips!

The room is spacious enough and the sanitary environment is satisfactory, but the bathroom lacks a shelf for bathing and shampooing products, and there are no hooks for clothes. There are large shopping malls and restaurants in the estate, which is very convenient.

Excellent Stay with a Lake View and Exceptional Service
I stayed in an executive room facing the street, offering a rustic and restricted view of the lake. The room was neat, tidy, and well-maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the hotel staff—they provided top-notch service and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. Communication was a breeze as everyone spoke English fluently.
